Dear Mr. Sloan:

I am writing to thank you for your assistance regarding my complaint against California Attorney, Robert T. Olmos, case number 06-13844. According to a letter I received from California State Bar’s Audit and Review unit on January 30, 2007, it appears as though, the State Bar has closed my file and will not pursue a course of disciplinary action. It is a disappointment to see that Audit and Review Unit cannot recognize that Robert T. Olmos had violated my constitutional rights and deprived me due process and equal protection of the law.

Again, thank you for your time. I appreciate the efforts you have extended to me regarding this matter.
